Ever since upgrading my emails for one account are going into the messages folder, but for some reason they are not going into the email specific folders, which I have no idea why or how to fix. Some more info:

2 email accounts- both gmail.
Account 1 is working. I receive an email and it appears both in messages and in the account 1 specific folder.
Account 2 is the problem. I get notified of new email, but the email is only in the generic messages folder. Going into the account 2 specific folder is always empty.

Ideally I'd like these to be separate- they were separate on my old device and I don't see how or why this is happening.

Help?

a search prob would have returned how to do this, but go to your general messages options & set SMS/E-mail set to separate

Already did try the search, and I already set them to separate long before this, and this has nothing to do with SmS- its purely multiple email accounts.

Log into BIS portal and resend your service books. Then reboot it if necessary.
