having purchased an 8830 back in March, I have somehow lost and unable to find how to reset the phone to vibrate mode when receiving an email. Now I only am aware of emails when the red light flashes. Can anyone talk me thru it? thank you

Profiles>> advanced>> active>> scroll to the email address>> set to Vibrate. Should do it.

On your profiles, scroll down to Advanced. Once there, select the profile you wish to change and select it. Next, select messages and you will then be able to assign it to a vibrate alert.
