Hey. I've been trying to activate my email onto my blackberry for a while, but I can't get it to work.
First of all, The only two options I have on the Email Setup menu are

I want to use a work email account with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server
    AND
I want to skip email setup

When I choose the first one, it asks if my BlackBerry Enterprise Server administrator gave me a password. The thing is, I don't even know if I have a BlackBerry Enterprise Server at all. I've been racking my brain all day to get this right and I'm finally giving up >________<

    Help?

Is your Blackberry through work or are you accessing corporate email?

    Or is it personal email?

If it's for personal email then call your carrier and have them put you on the correct web & email plan, which is BIS (not BES).

What carrier do you have? What email addy are you trying to set up?

I'm trying to set up my own e-mail since it's my personal BB.

I have Bell, and I'm trying to put either @bell.blackberry.net or my hotmail.

And I've tries playing around with BIS, but I can't seem to get the hang of it.

You can only use The Enterprise Server (BES) if you are on a company provided phone and your company has the required server installed or are outsourced to another BES server. Otherwise you will need to go through the email setup process on your bb and follow the directions there to create an account on your providers blackberry site.
