Email question
I just got a 9300, the one they gave me ended up being very used. I returned it and told them to give me a new one, they did!
I was thinking, since I set up my hotmail and yahoo email on the first 9300, will that phone still have access to my email? If so, how do I change that? I forgot to wipe the phone before I returned it.

I'm not entirely sure having not owned a blackberry before but I believe that if you change your password you should be okay as I am sure that it will re-authenticate and won't be able to do so since the password has been changed. Hope this helps

the only thing that the old device will have is the emails that were on the device, but those devices are usually wiped before going back out to another user. The way that the BIS service works is by the PIN and IMEI number of the phone, the new device will get the service books to recieve and send emails, but the old device will not be able to do that because it is not regeistered as your device anymore on BIS so it will not recieve any emails and stuff. hope this helps

Thanks for the info, I deleted the emails on it but forgot to wipe it or remove the email. At least I don't have to worry about it.
