    Hi! im new in here, i just want to ask some help. i dont have a blackberry but my boss has. i joined the group just to seek help. my boss use to received emails in his blackberry that uses our outlook mails. but he's having problems that most of the emails were being sent to outlook but he's not receiving it in his phone. how can i fix this problem? please help me. all suggestions are welcome. you can email me at sheryl_horca@yahoo.com.just in case i wont open my account here.     How is his BB syncing? Does your company have a BES? If not, do you have it syncing through BIS?

    Blackberry Desktop redirector works! If your company doesn't have BES.

    If it's a BIS (rather than a BES), then you likely need to go into the email settings in Outlook and set to to "Keep A Copy on the Server".
