    I have a bb torch 9810 that I bought off of craigslist. I have ATT. I can't get email to set up. Only option is Enterprise Activation.

    Any ideas?

    Do you have BIS attached to your sim account? You need that. They have to add it on to your account, some carriers charge extra others Do not
