My email indicator on my bb storm says i have emails but i check all my email accounts and have none. How can i fix this problem?

If you do not see any messages in your inbox, try going to your SMS inbox, and your MMS inbox if you have them separated from your Emails. If that doesn't work, try a battery pull.

Go to your messages folder. Highlight today's date. Press the blackberry key (with the dots on it). Select "mark prior opened". If there's an email hiding in there, it will get opened.

If that doesn't work there's the battery pull.

Thank you Towlieismyboy problem solved. Had to go into message folder which i had hidding from icons.
