why is it that i can add personal email accounts but when i try to add my work one back in (it was there and mysteriously disappeared one day) it will not let me. i've contacted my provider customer support, Blackberry customer support and my email administrator to make sure my password, etc is correct and still NOTHING WORKS

Only thing I can think of is that it has to do with the email being a work address. If you can try to add another email address from the same work site and see if that works.
Also try to add another personal email address and see if that works. That would narrow it down a little.

It might be helpful to discuss how exactly you are doing this and expand on what you mean by 'it will not let me'. Is there some error message you are getting? Are you using the Blackberry Internet Service website to 'add' the accounts or are you doing it through your phone...?
