Hi all. Just having a small problem that I need your valuable input. I have set up my office email (pop3 email though, not BES) on my BB. However, if my Outlook is active, the mail arrives in my Outlook and I don't get the email on my BB. If I don't have Outlook open on my computer, then all emails come to my BB. Is this normal?
I think you may need to go into your email account in Outlook under options, and advanced options and check the box to leave a copy on the server. It sounds like the first of your devices to access the server is getting the email and removing it from your server before the other device can access it.
That sounds perfectly normal to me. I've had a berry for 4 years now. If outlook is open and mail comes through, it will automatically think that you've already read the mail. That's why it won't be sent. That goes on with me all of the time. There's nothing to worry about.
