    Hi guys,

Had my original Torch 9800 replaced by o2 recently and on my old phone, my hotmail account would stay logged in, so all I had to do was hit the link in my browser and I'd go straight to my inbox.

Now on my replacement phone however, every time I click the link I have to sign in. I don't have my emails 'pushed' to my phone because I get so much spam, so I'd very much appreciate any help with this problem.

    Thanks

    Chris

(Edit) I should say, there's no 'stay signed in' box to click on the mobile hotmail page either.

Not sure about the staying signed in part, but you can set filters to block spam. Seems like getting 'em pushed would be way easier and more effiecient than checking your email on the browser

Yeah you're right, it would be more efficient, it's just I don't understand why it doesn't work anymore.

I'd rather just access from my browser.

    Thanks for your reply

Go into your browser options and make sure "accept cookies" and "enable websockets" are both checked
