    on my wallpaper screen, i have a new email message indicator that won't go away, even after emptying the account. when i go to the email icon, it also indicates (1 message). is ther a hidden folder that i have inadvertently created? or do i have my setting wrong? help! Curve 8310.

    Look in the Saved Messages folder.

    Go in the Messages folder, go to options, view folder, and search each folder until you find the message, then delete it

    Selected unread messages/mail, that should bring up what's not showing up. Battery pull would be second option as always

    Try changing your theme, I've had messages icons get stuck but when I change the theme and do a battery pull they go bye-bye!
