Hello I am completely new on Blackberry ( HTC until now ).
I bought the 8820 - living in Belgium. But I cannot access the email setup - Normally I shloud get 3 options but I don' t get the option
- I want to use my existing email adress
I only have 2 options either to use my work email with a Blackberry Enterprise Server or the option to skip email setup.
Can someone help me on this ?
Another issue is the Internet browser where can I type the URL ?

It's what gets you the internet an email on your BB. Call your carrier to sign up for one.

BB + Data Plan=Heaven

Like sun said to call & set up for data plan, then you can have emails pushed to your BB, surf the web, use BB Messenger to message other BB users, + many other wonderful uses
