    ok.
when i woke up, i started playing some music...

after a few songs, i pressed pause and went to get up.
and WHAM! it went to do a full reboot.

    fine.
upon reboot, the trackpad button wouldn't work normally; in the media player, it just started deactivating the speakerphone, switching it to handset.
in the main screen, pushing the trackpad button brings up the search screen with "$n".

fine. it can't get worse, right?
i'll do a physical battery pull...
now, none of the buttons are working.
and i can't even get the screen to display!!!

    *curses the gods*

now, after pushing the Talk key about a hundred times, i get the display back, but still no buttons are working.

now, i'm reading that there are no viruses for BB OS, but something's DEFINITELY amiss!

is there anything i can do?

    any ideas???

My Curve 9310 is completely useless now!
and i'm expecting some important calls!!!

Wipe your device and reload OS, no virus there, you make lose your stored data if you can't do a back up before reload.

    hmmmmmmm
i fired up the BB Desktop program earlier.
    there was nothing helpful.
i tried updating but there were no updates available.
i've only backed up my contacts, so a restore would be pointless....
