    My wife's blackberry has two e-mail accounts set up on it. One is her Gmail account. The other is a work account. The work account has stopped receiving e-mails, while the Gmail account is fine. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the account as well as doing a restart of the phone (using software. Does a battery pull have better effect?)

    Any help would be appreciated.

    She has a Tour and we are on Verizon. She is using OS 4.7.

    Have you tried resending the service books ?? that might help, as so if she is on BES threw work, try resetting it.

    You can resend service books from the device or by logging in to your carrier's website using your pc.
    � From the device - E-Mail Settings > login if necessary > Help > Send Service Books.

    Did she change her work email password? That was the reason mine stopped last week.
