Does anyone know how to stop e-mails sent from my Blackberry from going into people's spam/Junk e-mail folder in Outlook?

It might depend a bit on what type of email account you're using to send the email from. That is, sometimes my Yahoo email gets spammed out by people's filters but my work emails never do (although I can't say that I know enough about spam filters to tell you why this might be -- other than I think filters are often more sensitive to web-based email accounts like Yahoo and Gmail than to company-related emails).

Also, do you have your BB email settings to show your name in the Sender field rather than your email address? That might help a little bit.

Use Outlook Junk E-Mail Folder to locate an Email. Right click on the message and select Junk E-Mail >. In the drop down menu, select Mark as Not Junk.

The dialogue box defaults to Always Trust. That will insure future messages go to the Inbox.
