Hi, Can anyone help my mate who I persuaded to get a Blackberry Bold, it worked fine for a week then stopped receiving E mails and won,t accept his password! I have had a look (I'm no expert but not too bad with phones and softwear) and can't suss it out, if you try to set up an account it says there is already an account in this name! It has got to be his account as he is the only owner of the phone! He has been on the phone to Orange every night this week and they can't sort it either! He has a Curve also and the problem is the same so it cant be the phone, his E mail account is Hot mail anyone got any ideas?
One more thing just before it stopped working he tried his Sim in a Pearl to see if he liked it could this have had any affect?
