Does anyone have info on whether this will be available for BB10 thru Amazon App store?
I see its only available for IOS and android so far but that's all I can find.

I guess it depends on what version of Android it supports. If it's 4.3 then it's possible that it could get patched to work on BB10. Don't get your hopes up though.

It won't be available from the the Amazon App Store . Google don't make their apps available from from Amazon I'm afraid.

I suspect it will be the same as the other native google apps. Require google play services. Annoying popups and such but might work okay after patched for the dependencies

I installed Duo on my BB10 Classic and her Sony Xperia Z3 Android, using Cobalt's play store on the Classic, but so far can't get video chat to work. She does show up as a contact in Duo.
