Hi all,
Ive tried to install desktop ,manger and i just cant...
i dont undertsand why but whenever i run the setup, everything goes fine but then (and this is where the
spooky stuff happens) a pop up appears with a bunch of crap and the title is "Windows installer"

If someone can help, please do! I want to reload my os 6 (already know how to but as you can see things arent going very well) and i guess this is the only way (i dunno why but my device DOESNT have the over-the-air thing maybe it's because it's too old.. i dunno).

What version of Windows are you using, and are you on a office network? The screen caps you have shown, look to me like network permission issues. If you are on a office network, your LAN Admin may have set it so you can not install apps.
