    I have a Dtek50 bought from Staples in Canada, Model # STH100-1 and build # AAG124 I still not have got the September security update anyone know why ?

    Same here for me, still no September update. Still on build# AAG124. Bought DTEK50 from Amazon U.S using it on
    T-Mobile network. I check systems update daily and no update pushed yet to phone 😤.

    Me too. Mines purchased from Staples. According to another thread those purchased from amazon and b&h should get theirs on Monday so…I'm thinking Monday we'll get ours?

    The September security update is a software update...and Blackberry is theoretically a software company.

    Why is Chen still CEO if the company repeatedly fails in the one area he said he was going to focus the company on?

    Given there is no AT&T DTEK50's, yes. That's a fact lol.

    And the updates are rolled out in stages with ShopBB devices being first on the list. If you're not seeing the update yet, it just means your IMEI is further down the list and you have to wait a bit longer.

    I got updated today so I love to know my device is on top of the imei list ...;-)
