For those who are on BIS and haven't downloaded the Daylight Savings Time patch, you can go to mobile.blackberry.com from your device and get the patch.
I was able to download the patch by going to blackberry.com/dst2007 and download as well. Patch was installed and rebooted on a 7130e in about 15 minutes.
