    My parents are looking to pick up BB to upgrade their current phones. The VZW rep told them this afternoon that they would be getting the Droid on Friday. I thought the Droid was a tmo phone? How cam VZW sell it under their service?

    you thought wrong. its a vzw device. the g1(dream) was tmo. this is a different phone.
