At my company, users have no reason to use the Blackberry Desktop, since everything is synced up through the enterprise BB server. But, every once in a while, a user wants to be able to recharge their Blackberry via USB cable and laptop.
For a number of models, the recharging won't work without drivers, and it seems that the Blackberry Desktop installer is the only way to install them.
But dang, the latest BB desktop is 330 MB - about 290mb more than the last one I downloaded.
Ya-- go to this link, select the 4.3 version of the DM, and scroll down and you will find the English (and other) language versions of the USB/Modem drivers you need.
