I am trying to get any documentation from RIM that clearly shows what our download limitations should be. We are on BES Express and I cannot download a 3MB file (says max is 2.9 MB on my phone when I try and download it). According to Rogers, the download size limit should be 5MB for attachments and our BES Admin says there is no limit on my account.
So which is it? :mad:
