    I had my ringtone sent to my email. Downloaded it on my phone. But can't find it it isn't in the file folders. Need help please

    Which folder did you look in? Check the download folder.

    Go to your File Manager and find it in your downloads or music folder(look in "device" and "media card"). When you find it, move it to the ringtones folder to find it easier next time.
