Mine got really hot one time. I just left the phone in my pocket with no apps opened. Just 3 emails account set to sync every 24 hours. I haven't used it since then, been using my Z10.

I'm having the problem with my Z10. Since Monday, it's getting hot and the battery drained so quickly that I have to recharge 3 times a day.

I noticed it on my phone, too. I'm from the Philippines but as far as I know my carrier got the Mexican version. I'm not sure how hot my Q10 actually gets and this is a tropical country. Phone gets warm when I browse on LTE and sometimes when charging, too. I usually keep my phone under my pillow when I sleep, but now I keep my Q10 on my table/nightstand to let it vent the heat off.

My Q10 gets very hot. Noticed it right away. I have a black Q10, my wife has white, doesn't get as hot, but noticeable too...

I have the same issue with my Q10. I notice that on the first day when i got phone.
So i can see that many of you have the same problem anybody got any solution??
My Q10 only gets hot during games and it only started doing it after updating to .2309 - the stock software was fine. Sure the phone got warmer during games even with the stock software, but not almost hot and smelly like it got with .2309. Don't know what BlackBerry is doing with their updates.

Sometimes when I am doing development. The app requires use of the camera. It doesn't stay warm.
Mine is fine, no problems, loving it

I've had my Q10 for 4 days now. It's been fine until today. I was trying to e-mail a 2.5 mb picture while checking some other e-mail in and area where the cell coverage was not the greatest. It took a long time to send the pic and the phone got noticeably hot when doing so. Overworking the processor maybe?

I would exchange it...

My gets pretty warm when I take it out to dinner, then to a movie, and whisper sweet nothings into its mic ;)
