    I see a "Torch Browser" based on Chromium... and think "Hold on, didn't RIM acquire Torch something, who made WebKit based Web Browsers?" then I see this "Torch Media" who announces their new Chromium-based browser and then there's this:

    and I wonder why BB isn't issuing a cease & desist order unless it's a skunkworks project within BB?

    Not the same.
    Torch Media, makers of Torch Browser is a Panamanian company. Torch Mobile, acquired by BBRY, is a completely different concern.

    Also, as far as I know, Torch Browser does not have a mobile version.
