    I want to find out if the top paid and top free apps in BlackBerry World is listed according to the amount of downloads each get or just a mixed thing because I don't think some apps deserve to be there (my opinion tho).

    Yes they are based on downloads. The lists update relatively frequently so I believe it is based of top downloads of the past 6-12 hours or so.
