(I know that BB10 users do not generate monthly recurring revenue and that is obviously important but that is not what I'm asking now).

I want to think just about the overall BB user base, if 'Subscribers' does not include BB10 devices, I think BB needs to point this out clearly.

if you read news reports about BB, they all mention that BB lost 4 million subscribers this month, and 99% of the readers think that means they lost that many users, they don't know or care about the monthly recurring revenue, they just see it as BB losing users.

if we add back the 2.7 BB10 devices sold, then BB lost only 1.3 million users, still bad but at least slightly less bad.
