Although my computer indicates that sync is taking place, there is no sync of my calendar additions from handheld to outlook. help

Throw some more details. Does the PC or BB lock up? How long does it say its syncing? Did you setup Outlook?

Thank you for your reply. No, neither lock up. The syhc takes about ten seconds. At the initial installation, I transferred my data from palm to outlook. I think it was set up properly. 50% of the time when I try to open "Desktop Manager," I get an error message and it closes. When I do open it successfully, the sync only goes from outlook to BB, not BB to outlook. I also get an errror message which refers me to the sync log, which I am yet to locate.
