Does the LEd on a Blackberry ever burn out?

Hi guys,

I know this maybe a dumb question but, does the LED on the indicator ever burn out? I use berrybuzz so my LED is always flashing some kind of color.
I was wondering if they last for a LONG time.

I have never seen it burn out. Several hundred thousand hours normally on an LED

they should last but berrybuzz makes it A LOT brighter. Even at "normal" Thing is almost like a flash on white or blue

Yeah Lol I hope BerryBuzz doesn't make them burn out quicker when the LED of berrybuzz is set to the "bright" settings on colors .I use those over the regular color settings on LEDs

Usually the average is 50,000-100,000 hours fo continuous operation, so assuming its on continuously thats 5 years or so (and with it flashing you'll half the time so double the life), and that assumes it is running at peak brightness, which it won't be.

In short, something else will die in your BB long before the LED goes!
