I gave up on waiting for T Mobile and installed the 10.2.1.195 leak on my z10. I feel we should not have to sit here and wait for something we should already have.

This is one issue that needs to be resolved ASAP and I don't care about the carrier testing or how Apple does it and/or Google.

Blackberry should be doing it better then the competition and be the leader in customer support if they expect to rebuild their client base here in the USA and the rest of the world for that matter.

But who am I, just a long time Blackberry user who wants the company to be here for the long haul.
