    If you randomly Restart your BlackBerry 10 device, do you get this when your phone boots up. See below screen shot of passport.

    The device came from BlackBerry direct running 10.3 then I updated OTA to 10.3.1. I'm not using the beta app or have my BlackBerry ID whitelisted.

    If it is a beta OS can you confirm this. Also the token which expires in July, will this then allow me to update as normal to 10.3.2.

    The device when arrived was New & un-used and defiantly not for sale to you or anyone else. Unique or not.

    I have phones direct from BlackBerry too, from what I remember, there is an option the first time the phone boots too turn on remote logging. I forget where it was that I saw it, but this is a feature for BlackBerry dogfooding.

    BlackBerry got back to me last night and said a full software reload using BlackBerry Link should load public software.
