    I currently have google maps. it gives me line by like directions when i need to go somewhere but i would really prefer a real gps funtion. If i download bbmaps, will this be possible?

    No, it won't. You would need to purchase an external GPS
    receiver to get GPS function since the 8320 does not have
    an internal receiver.
