You should first check that DocsToGo is still on your phone. Go to Options, Device, Application Management and scoot down the list to see if DocsToGo is present.
If it is then we have to find it.
If it is not there, then it can be reloaded via your PC. To do this, we need to know the version number of your BlackBerry's Operating System (OS). To find type <Alt><LeftShift>H and let us know the App Version number.
Once we have this we can help you download the correct OS for your phone and then DocsToGo can be reloaded after a small amount of work.
