I just bought a new Curve 9350 and I'm wondering if the BB browser is OK to use as the default browser. On my 8130 I had to use Opera Mini and on my 8530 I used Bolt. Is the browser on OS7 much different/better than the OS5 browser? Should I still go for a 3rd party browser?

I am running the default browser on my 9900 and so far I prefer it, I used the bolt browser and didn't like it that much, I felt it was sorta a set back. My choice is the default, might just be my own personal view but I feel it was a great upgrade. Haven't tried Opera mini as of yet, will prolly in a few but I really like the default browser for the time being.

One of the great things about OS7 is the native browser. Far and away the best ever BlackBerry browser.

I use the default one on my Curve 8530. I will say that the OS5 browser is my only real issue with my phone but it gets the job done. The browser on the OS7 devices does look like it functions a lot better though.

I'm a long-time Opera user, but since getting my 9810, I just use the native browser.

The native browser has always worked so great for me I haven't even thought about using a 3rd-party one until I read this...

OS 7 browser is great. Fast, integrated into the OS, and serves all my needs quite nicely. Can't stand Opera, used Bolt in the past on previous devices. Need neither anymore.

I prefer the native browser. I find the 3rd party ones painful. I only use Bolt if the native browser isn't playing nice... which is very rare

I find the native browser a massive step up from os 6 and much more useable even in low coverage areas where my old 9700 with os 6 would struggle like mad.
I've downloaded opera and bolt to try them but where they use to be helpful for certain tasks i find the native browser is now more than capable.
