Do any of you suffer from the same condition I do? Where before the purchase or while awaiting the shipment / release of new gear you just have to have, you end up spending countless hours on the internet reading every piece of literature published on the item? Well, I don't know if there are others out there like me, but I have perused the annals of this website for days as I wait to get my hands on my very own Blackberry. I am stricken with jealousy as I read the many reviews of other devices and wish I had one in my hands, but I will just have to wait and suffer the entire work week until I finally get my hands on this coveted Storm and become a true Crackberry.
Yeah, but I'm even worse. I would still read reviews of the 8820 3 months after buying it and using it. Lol

Ditto that. I am just glad that I am not the only one. My significant other gets so mad at me for doing the research before and after a purchase. I do this not only with BB purchases, but with any purchase (mostly electronics but also kitchen gadgets, BBQ grills, etc.) Oh well, once an addict, always an addict, and I am an addict.
I do this with pretty much everything. I watched probably every single video review of the curve I could find. Even the ones with kids trying to give a serious review! I was on these forums all the time. I felt kind of like a poser haha. But all my homework paid off. In the week I've had my BB I've customized more things and used more of its features than most of the BB users I know have done in months.

Well, I've been on the internet since 9:00am today reading and entertaining myself. I have not left except for brief periods. I enjoy my laptop and it's mobility. Sitting in the recliner on a lazy sunday dreading the coming work week.
Well my Storm gets here today I just tracked it again for the 100th time I could barely sleep anticipating its arrival. Yes I have read and look at everything I could find on it.

I do and I'm forever checking reviews for weeks/months/years after a purchase to justify my original decision. I do it for electronics, appliances, cars, etc. Drives my wife crazy. Look dear, our vacuum cleaner is still rated #1 by consumer reports.
I'm worse off I am reading and review all the BlackBerries that may never be offered at my provider.....I even typed in every zipcode in Mississippi until i got one to hit on Verizon so i could price plans to go with a Storm incase I decide to change over for newer phones....I know mine is a pitiful life.
We must do things to fill the voids while waiting on the new phone to arrive. Or the voids you feel in between calls, texts, email, web surfing.. oh wait that pretty much fills a day.
