I do; sacrilegious, I know, but I've enabled Iggy's auto on and auto off for certain times during the week and weekend. Of course, I often power Iggy back up after a shutoff, but that's another story...

I only turn it off while on flights and in buildings where I don't have reception. This is not only my BB, its my only phone. Email, personal & professional calls, web, its all done thru my BB.

If I'm at work of course my BB is on. While I'm sleeping now, sometimes I put it on silent and others I let it ring...especially if I am expecting a phone call.
vibrate at night. I usually flip it over to vibrate when at home because it is either next to me on the couch between clicker and laptop so i dont even need to hear the ringer...as soon as it starts to vibrate i know it.
