correct me if im wrong but i dont think any other phone manufacturer confirm or announce phone almost 9-10 months (end of year) before their launch...very similiar with BB past management

None of the other phone makers are in BB's dire straits.

The "coming soon" announcements at MWC have much more to do with loudly saying: "We ain't dead!" by showing their plans for the Future.
