so heres the deal, i need 2 phones to talk to each other over long distance. The cheapest way that I found, if it works, would be to get 2 BBs and get 2 prepayed plans that include unlimited BBM! My question is; does this mean that BBM voice is also unlimited?

Pretty sure bbm voice goes against your data plan allotment. Doesn't have anything to do with anything else.

BBM requires a data plan but to make a BBM Voice call you have to do so on a Wi-Fi connection.

Which funny enough, works better for me (even on a Z10 on BIS... I hate my ISP).

I'd suggest emailing Bell to confirm. They're trying to be the "good guy" in the Canadian big 3 lately. You might catch a break. But, you want the response by email, for backup later if necessary.

Rogers has a "deal" right now where if you upgrade or get a new BlackBerry 10 phone and depending on your price plan (so you have to be on contract) that you either get 6 months or a year of unlimited bbm voice and video
