    Depends... for example... a phone may have both the ESN and MEID... like the 8330 with a CDMA carrier may use the ESN or HEX, then and the 8330m will use the MEID... does your BB have both???

    CDMA/IDEN phones use ESN/MEID
    GSM phones use IMEI

    you shall receive an E-Cookie for your accomplishments regarding Boost Mobile. i find it odd since you can only use iDEN phones on Boost Mobile, i got no idea what you think you discovered.

    Yeah that's very true, boost mobiles only work with iDENs and blackberry's definitely are not! You should share this mystery

    on the other hand , i saw that a cdma Sprint phone works with boost mobile under the untdl plan , not the one with walkie talkie. it works the same

    but my question is is the 8703e cdma or iden

    There aren't any iDEN blackberries only CDMA.
