I have tried numerous times to upload a pic on my profile. I have resized and resized my pic 2 nothing & every time I try to upload, I get the message upload file failed!!!! Can anyone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? It says that the max is 100 x 100 pixels & I have reduced my pic to a smaller size than this, but I am still unsuccessful!!! Please help!!!
