if i skip out on my contract with nextel and have the phone disconnected, will i still be able to use wifi on it, or will the entire phone be useless?

yes..I change from boost iden to boost cdma and i was using my 8350i for wifi..try taking the sim card out of the phone and try using the wifi with out the sim inside

you wont be able to use the app world or your bis email. but for browsing it's ok
