i am a Sprint employee and i have a customer with a very particular problem.. i upgraded her from a Pink Sanyo flip phone to a BB Tour 2 weeks ago and is thinking about returning it because of a silly feature i guess her old phone had.. that is, that when the phone is locked, the password still has to be put in in order to answer incoming calls, i have no clue why she wants this but she does and ive searched everywhere to find the answer and cannot come up with any.. also she is on BES if that helps any.. I HOPE SOMEONE KNOWS HOW THIS CAN BE DONE.. because im sure there has to be a way or an application that does have this feature.. my direct email iz [email protected] if anyone knows!
