Can anyone help me with dialing AlphaNumeric Phone Numbers on the Blackberry Key Pad? Ex 1-800-GO-FEDEX. Some businesses don't supply the actual phone number. Numbers and letters don't line up like on land line phones or standard cell phones.....HELP!

When in the Phone screen, hold down ALT and type the letters into the keyboard then hit Send and it will transpose the letters to the correct numbers.

That didnt work for me I held ALT and pressed the keys and nothing showed up... HELP

Ms.Min, dial 1800, then hold alt and hit the rest of the keys needed.
