device unusable by deleting the BBID before disabling the anti-theft in BB Protect ?
deleted the ID and set up a new one. I can log into the new id but cannot confirm it on the passport . Then I thought of wiping the passport back to Factory setting. However; the passport shows that BB Protect is enabled and we cannot disable it using the passwords we try. I logged onto the BB Protect site and found there is no device associated to this User Id , i may have rendered the device unusable by deleting the BBID before disabling the anti-theft in BB Protect
