I just replaced my first Blackberry, and used the Blackberry Device Manager to transfer the data to my new device. It looked like everything transferred just fine, until I tried to send an email. All the email accounts I had on the first device showed up on my new device, but none of them were configured. Is there a way to transfer that information so I don't have to reconfigure all the accounts by hand?
Go to manage internet email. Its the folder that has a gear on it. Takes you to your bis page. Go there and resend service books. Also have you registered the device with the network? Options/advanced options/host routing table hit menu key and register now.
