    When installing desktop manager (I have tried 5.0, 5.0.1, with and without the media package etc) it gets all the way until the end and tells me "Please wait while the InstallShield Wizard installs Desktop Manager Software. This may take several minutes" and never finishes. SO frustrating I really want to update...Thoughts?

    also, it did one time partially install...meaning that the images loaded but none of the selections worked...nothing would open or change....
