Dell buys EMC for $67 million. How does it affect Blackberry?

And the lingo is right up Blackberry's alley.

Any thoughts on how this affects blackberry? Is Blackberry ahead of the game?

It does not appear to have much to do with BlackBerry at all.

This doesn't affect BlackBerry at all. Dell is making a stronger push for the corporate back office. That said, BlackBerry does have products that can be used to secure files residing on those back office storage solutions accessed by mobile devices.

It only affects BlackBerry through VMware's MDM solution AirWatch. But it used to be a competitor anyway already.

Maybe when corporations are buying dell hardware they will bundle MDM in the same contract, that might be a small risk
