When I get an email the names of the emails I receive get stored in my phone so if I go to write an email from my phone and type in a letter every email I received from someone with that letter will popup. I want to delete anything like that and only have the contacts from my phone show up. Anyone know how to do this?

It's a feature of the 5.0 device OS. If you have an OS lower than that (if that's what you mean), then you won't have that feature.
