how can this be done? is it a BES service? there is an option in DM 4.6 sync> reconcile messages but it is grayed out.... i get a lot of messages for work and it would be great to be able to delete in outlook and have it delete on my bb as well.

anyone have any insight? please post!

I'm pretty sure you need to be on a BES for that to work automatically. PM me if you're one BES and I will walk you through it

Unfortuantlly I am not on BES and am not paying 15 - 20 bucks more just for that feature... There is another way to do what I need (I thnk) .... Just didn't want the hassel of doing it.

Correct me if I am wrong:

My understanding is that, the only way to delete an e-mail on Outlook and have it deleted on your Blackberry is through having the MS Exchange Server. Otherwise, your Outlook acts as an end-client.

Someone correct me please...

Even if you do have MS Exchange, do not expect to see a deleted email from Outlook instantly deleted on you BB; it generally takes about 15 minutes.
